De lessen worden in het Engels gegeven.
Yota Baron, as experienced flamenco singer, introduces you to this beautiful and complicated world. We work with the vocal experts and flamenco singers from Spain during the year to enrich our study.
What to expect
- Your vocal technique will be improved
- You will learn and you will find answers to your questions. We provide both in-person and online help. The level of learning is always up to the student and his/her practice times.
- You will have fun in a super friendly environment
- All the students get access to our platform where they can find material to enrich their study, guitar recordings applied to the letras we learn in the class, for practice, videos from our sessions, and many more.

Na inschrijving wordt U het rekeningnummer toegestuurd via mail.
Óf contant te voldoen, aan de docent, op de 1e les van een maand.

Algemene voorwaarden
Bij inschrijving wordt verwacht dat U ook echt komt en de betaling voldoet.
Restitutie van het lesgeld is helaas niet mogelijk.
Yota Baron – Flamenco Singer & Producer
Yota Baron was born in Greece and grew up surrounded by traditional Greek music, as many of her family members were street musicians. Raised in an institution for children, she learned Byzantine Music, developing a deep connection with vocal artistry.
In 2000, during a trip to Spain, she discovered flamenco and later moved to Jerez de la Frontera to study under renowned maestros such as David Lagos, Jeromo Segura, Melchora Ortega, Diego Carrasco, and Rafael de Utrera.
She has performed in prestigious venues across Europe.
Now based in Amsterdam, she runs Yota Baron Flamenco Productions, organizing flamenco festivals, concerts, and performances. In addition to being an active flamenco singer, she is also a dedicated singing teacher, sharing her passion for flamenco with students.
How to get at the location
By Public Transport (Fastest Option - 10 min):
From Amsterdam Centraal, take the Buiksloterweg Ferry (free of charge) from the back of the station. It runs every few minutes, 24/7.
After a short 2-minute ferry ride, you arrive at Buiksloterweg in Amsterdam Noord.
Walk 15 minutes to Asterweg 20N
By Bus:
From Amsterdam Centraal Station:
Exit the station and proceed to the bus platform.
Take Bus 38:
Board Bus 38 heading towards Buiksloterham
Disembark at Grasweg Stop:
After approximately a 10-minute ride, get off at the Grasweg stop
Walk to Treehouse:
From Grasweg, it's about a 4-minute walk to Asterweg 20N
